Senior Solution Designer

The main purpose of this role is to interpret business rules and both functional and non-functional requirements to develop technical specifications aligned with architectural standards, focusing on system interactions, data exchange, and transformations according to the defined design methodology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participating in and supporting shaping activities.
• Conducting feasibility analyses for new or updated initiatives (Epics and User Stories), assessing impacts on IT.
• Performing detailed technical analysis and design.
• Supporting developers during the development phase.
• Involving in IT delivery project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Providing testing support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborating on defining new suppliers and contract requirements.
• Breaking down requirements and technical solutions into manageable slices (User Stories), evaluating costs, benefits, and risks, and justifying decisions systematically.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar role within a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of current IT architecture and technical workflows within the relevant domain.
• Advanced experience with REST & SOAP application services development.
• Experience in front-end solution design.
• Proven application development experience using Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with JUnit, Test Driven Development, and Spring Integration testing.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Azure and Git.
• Good knowledge of DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Knowledge of UML standards.
• Experience with microservices architecture and domain modeling.
• Understanding of retail banking business processes.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, systemic thinking, and synthesis skills.
• Leadership qualities, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Teamwork orientation and customer-centric mindset.
