Senior Solution Designer

The main purposes will be to perform the interpretation of business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to shape technical specifications according to the given architectural specification in terms of interaction between systems, data exchanged, transformations, etc., according to defined design methodology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate and cooperate in shaping activities.
• Participate in feasibility analysis for new or to-be-updated initiatives (Epic and User Story), evaluating impacts for IT.
• Perform detailed technical analysis / design.
• Support developers during the development phase.
• Participate in IT delivery project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Assist in testing, support, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate in defining new suppliers and contract requirements.
• Break down requirements and technical solutions into proper slices (User Stories), examining costs, benefits, and risks, and justify decisions systematically.

Requirements :

• Degree in Information Technology / Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in a similar role within a complex environment.
• Excellent knowledge of current IT architecture and technical flows in relevant domain.
• Advanced experience with REST & SOAP application services development.
• Experience in front-end solution design.
• Proven application development experience with JAVA, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Experience with JUnit, Test Driven Development, and Spring testing.
• Knowledge of version control tools (Azure, Git).
• Good knowledge of DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of UML standards.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and domain modeling.
• Understanding of retail banking business.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, systemic thinking, and synthesis skills.
• Leadership, relational, and negotiation skills.
• Teamwork and customer-centric orientation.
