We've partnered with a great developer on a journey to transition into a full project lifecycle organisation. This is brand new hire for the team, one that's varied and crucial for this transition. If you've been working in operational functions from pre-construction and through construction, and are looking for a step up, then this role may be right for you!

The group has existing market presence, working across 10 active markets currently. As a whole unit, the team is developing over 16GW of projects across Europe. As they're moving into an IPP model, the team funds, constructs, develops and operates assets meaning roles are varied and throughout the whole project lifecycle.

The Italian arm of the business is also established with over 100 people in the team. They are building their first assets out this year, with additional pipeline to be built in 2026 which this role would be responsible for. The pipeline covers solar, BESS and onshore wind.

Your role will be covering the additional assets being built through 2026 and will include:

• Supporting the entire group on engineering functions, through development, construction, financing and operations.
• Technical designs including feasability studies, layout designs and techncial specifications.
• Provide support through the EPC tender process, bids, contracts and equipment specifications.
• Supporting project development and construction.
• Support stakeholders both internal and external through full project lifecycle.
• Potential to also support through grid connections.
