Senior Solar O&M Manager — Portfolio Performance
Location: Madonna di Dossobuono (Verona or Milan preferred). Employer: JUWI AG.
Salary: EUR 45,000 - 65,000 per year.
Senior Solar O&M Manager (technical) responsible for overseeing photovoltaic plants across Italy, ensuring optimal performance, safety compliance, and team coordination.
Responsibilities
Oversee a diverse portfolio of solar assets across Italy. Ensure optimal performance and uptime of photovoltaic plants. Maintain safety compliance and implement safety protocols. Coordinate and lead on-site and remote teams.
Qualifications
5-10 years of relevant experience in renewable energy O&M. Strong leadership skills and technical knowledge in solar technology. Experience in managing multiple photovoltaic projects across Italy.
