Senior Software Engineer With Ai-Focus

We are now looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer to join our growing team to build, integrate AI and Machine Learning capabilities into our platform supporting the needs of the users.

What you will do:

· Collaborate with stakeholders and our CTOs to design and architect AI-/LLM- and machine learning solutions that augment our platform.

· After all you are a software engineer, you design, implement, and maintain software and services in a sustainable way with the user in mind.

· Make Natzka capabilities accessible to other AI/LLM services.

· Ensure that the implemented solutions can be operated cost-efficiently.

· Design, implement and integrate tailored machine learning algorithms, for example to provide predictive and prescriptive capabilities.

· Stay up to date with current trends and leverage applicable developments to augment the feature set of Natzka.

Your story:

· You have a degree in computer science, mathematics, or a similar, relevant field.

· You are proficient in at least one type-safe programming language, ideally TypeScript or Rust.

· You navigate in the AI-space with confidence, from prompt engineering to building agents to fine tuning LLMs to MCP.

· You have excellent communication and collaboration skills from day-to-day engineering work to presenting and discussing your work inside the organization.

· You live and breathe software engineering best practices like CI/CD, testing, code review, and strive for code readability.

· You have a good understanding of building modern web services.

· You are fluent in English and Italian is a Plus

· You are a holder of an EU work permit.

Even better if

· You already led a small team of software engineers.

· You have experience using services like AzureML, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.

· You can discuss AI topics in Italian.
