In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating product and business strategy into sustainable architectural decisions and guiding teams in their implementation.

In particular, you will:

• Define and guide architectural choices for products, ensuring consistency with platform principles and the evolution toward multi‑tenant SaaS cloud services.
• Translate business and product objectives into sustainable software architectures, maintaining alignment between strategy, system design, and technical implementation.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers to guide the architectural design of domains, services, APIs and events across teams, ensuring systemic coherence and long-term evolvability of the platform.
• Lead Architecture Reviews, clarify architectural options, risks, and systemic impacts before they become structural constraints.
• Drive the evolution of systems toward modular, interoperable, and extensible architectures, enabling reuse and collaboration across products.
• Contribute to building AI‑enabled products by designing architectures that integrate data, models, and intelligent automation into application processes.
• Operate effectively in environments with legacy systems, production constraints and evolving organizational contexts.

What skills are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT architecture and related technical domains.
• Proven experience in designing and evolving complex distributed systems in hyperscaler environments, with the ability to make and justify architectural trade-offs under real-world constraints such as legacy systems, operational stability, scalability and cost.
• Experience in designing API‑ and event‑driven architectures and in building modular, scalable systems.
• Ability to drive technical decisions in multidisciplinary contexts and work directly with development teams.
• Experience in designing AI and data‑driven software services, with the ability to assess risks, model degradation, explainability, and operational boundaries in production environments.
• Ability to maintain alignment between strategic vision, architecture, and technical implementation.
• The ability to model complex application domains using Domain‑Driven Design principles will be considered a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
