Senior Social Services Supervisor – Long-Term Care

Good Samaritan is seeking an experienced social services leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the social work department. You will ensure quality and regulatory compliance across policies and collaborate with physicians, staff and patients/families to resolve issues. You will develop staff schedules, measure performance, and mentor team members. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Social Work or related field, with 2–5 years hospital social work
