Senior Site Engineer - Electrical

Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead electrical site activities for the M Renewables team in Italy, focusing on solar park projects. You will work closely with installation crews, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure correct implementation of electrical designs and safe, timely progress. You will help shape on-site execution, addressing deviations and driving construction flow. This is a hands‑on role in a forward‑looking green energy and metallurgy group that values technical excellence and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Pre‑condition site surveys
• Initial site setup and establishment (supported by the HSE site manager)
• Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team and other project members
• Ensure correct implementation of electrical drawings by the main subcontractor
• Supervise subcontractors schedule and works
• Report to the project manager any deviations from the PoW or scope by the subcontractors
• Assist the team with the construction flow and timetable

Responsabilità

• BSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering (MSc an advantage)
• In-depth knowledge of solar power systems, electrical design, and relevant codes and standards
• 5+ years in the construction of solar parks (advantage)
• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
