Senior SharePoint Developer - Brussels/Relocation to Brussels

For an international institution in Strasbourg, we are urgently looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer.
Candidates should be living in Brussels or needs to be willing to relocate to Brussels, Belgium .
EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be fluent in English. A work permit is required, but not provided. This position is long-term and open for contractors.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design, implementation and maintenance of SharePoint Online web sites for units in the European Institution;
- Analysis and design of collaboration solutions for individual units or horizontal needs based on M365 suite and Power Automate;
- Design, preparation of materials and delivery of training and coaching sessions both in presence and hybrid modes about the use of the M365 package;
- Analysis and documentation of information architecture;
- Assistance with drafting and keeping up to date data and content of European Institution's SharePoint sites;
- Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers;
- Design, implementation and maintenance of automation solutions based on Power Automate;
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- +11 years of IT professional experience in the domain (among web site management, web page design and development, SharePoint development and administration);
- Experienced in Microsoft SharePoint Online and content management;
- Skilled in Microsoft Teams administration;
- Strong understanding of content architecture (structuring, storage, access, presentation);
- Experienced with website development frameworks;
- Proficient with Drupal content administration;
- Experienced in end-user guidance, training, and coaching;
- Knowledgeable in business process analysis;
- Familiar with software development and service methodologies (e.g., Agile, ITIL);
- Proficient in implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint Online and Power Automate;
- Fluent in English;
