Mission Description

• Design, develop, and optimize electrohydraulic servovalves for high-performance systems.
• Conduct failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions on servo valve components and assemblies.
• Be a focal point for simulation, modeling, and testing to validate valve performance under various operating conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and test engineers) to integrate servo valves into complex systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications (e.g., aerospace certification authority requirements).
• Provide technical support and training to customers (internal and external) and stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate within the Integrated Product Team with the other company functions (e.g., Program, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality) to develop a lean production process.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in servo valve design, validation and verification, testing, or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, hydraulics, and control systems.
• Proficiency in CAD tools, FEA, and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS).
• Hands‑on experience with test rigs, instrumentation, and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication abilities and capability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace applications.
• Familiarity with SAE, RTCA, AS9100, or MIL standards.
• Project management or leadership experience.
