We are looking for a person with a strong attitude towards project management, able to lead multidisciplinary teams and relationships with clients in complex and transformative contexts. The ideal profile has experience in service design and end-to-end project management, with attention to time, budget, objectives, and impact. We are looking for a versatile, curious, and motivated person, able to grasp elements of innovation, research, and creativity that can manage project dimensions and interpretations.

Mission of the role

• Coordinate Design & Communication projects in B2B and B2C contexts.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and monitor activities, resources, and milestones.
• Facilitate moments of comparison and co-design.
• Ensure project quality and consistency throughout the service life cycle.
• Autonomy in storytelling and visualization.
• Use of digital tools and AI generative tools.
• Facilitate and manage workshops & training sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Degree in Service Design, Strategic Design, or Business.
• Experience in structured corporate environments.
• Excellent knowledge of English, French language skills a plus.
• Familiarity with project management and reporting tools.
• Availability for national and international travel.
