The Opportunity
We are supporting a fast-growing digital consumer platform in a confidential search for a Senior SEM Manager to take full ownership of Paid Search.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will manage and scale large Paid Search budgets (multi-million €), driving acquisition at scale while maintaining strong efficiency and quality metrics.
The role is currently business-critical and immediately open, requiring someone who can operate with full autonomy from day one.
What You Will Do
• Own and scale Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) across multiple markets
• Manage and optimise large-scale budgets (€5M–€10M+) with full accountability
• Drive performance across Search, Performance Max and AI-driven campaigns
• Translate strategy into hands-on campaign execution and optimisation
• Lead a structured experimentation roadmap (A/B testing, geo tests, incrementality)
• Optimise beyond CPL: CAC, LTV:CAC, cohort quality and downstream performance
• Work closely with Data, Product and Creative teams to maximise performance
• Leverage automation and AI to improve bidding, targeting and reporting
What We’re Looking For
• 6–8+ years in SEM / Paid Search, with strong hands-on execution
• Proven experience managing large budgets (€5M–€10M+) directly
• Strong depth in Google Ads (Search + Performance Max)
• Ability to own both strategy and execution
• Strong analytical mindset (tracking, attribution, GTM, performance metrics)
• Experience in B2C digital environments
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
