Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor network traffic, system logs and O365 services for suspicious activity
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Research and recommend new security technologies and practices
- Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices
- Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure secure system configurations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in a related discipline with 6-8 years of experience. Business knowledge in apparel and/or retail business is an advantage
- Strong understanding of network and system security principles
- Experience with security tools (Microsoft Defender and Sentinel)
- Familiar with cloud security (Azure, O365)
- Good knowledge of secure coding practices and DevSecOps principles, with good scripting skills on Python, Bash, PowerShell
- With CISSP, OSCP, or GIAC certifications is an advantage
- Good understanding with prior experience in an ITSM tool, preferably with JIRA
- Willingness to work with different cultures
- Prepared to stand by during public holidays/non business hours
- More experience could be considered as Senior Specialist, IT Security
