SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Italian native speaker + Business level of English (B2, C1, C2)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of Technical Engineering in IT relevant industry
- Technical background and experience with technology: Juniper Networks, Palo Alto Networks, F5 Networks.
- Specialist knowledge of Vendors Networking, Security and Voice Communications technology
- Strong team player, working with teams across multiple geographies
Functions/Responsibilities
As a member of the Services Solutions Practice the Technical Engineer will fulfil a supporting role within the business unit. Specifically, the Technical Engineer will drive best in class practices to assist the department to ensure services delivery excellence. The Technical Engineer will contribute to a high performance environment in order to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES:
- Providing customer support working with the Support Centre to troubleshoot faults and carry out change requests
- Delivery of Project Services across Vendor’s for the following activities: Survey, Audit, Design, Build, Configuration, Testing
- Pre Sales Support for the Sales team, including attending meetings with clients to determine requirements
- Documenting Statement of Works for Pre Sales activities.
- Documenting Designs, Implementation and Test Plans as part of the Project Delivery Service.
- Maintaining customer documentation
- Clarifying a client\'s system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business
- Analysing system requirements within companies and giving independent and objective advice on the use of systems
- Developing agreed solutions and implementing new systems
