Postura is redefining how industrial work is measured and improved.

Manufacturing companies still rely on manual observations and fragmented tools to understand how work is performed on the shop floor. This limits visibility, slows down improvement cycles, and makes scaling operational excellence difficult.

Postura turns simple video into structured operational intelligence. Our AI platform enables industrial organizations to analyze work objectively, identify improvement opportunities, and make faster, data-driven decisions across plants.

In just two years, we’ve grown from 4 to 15 people, raised more than €3M , and are now active in 40+ industrial plants across Europe , expanding globally. We work with leading industrial groups including Beko, Electrolux, and Piaggio .

We are entering our next phase: scaling our commercial engine across Europe and building a strong, predictable enterprise pipeline.


The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will own outbound pipeline generation across selected European markets. Your mission is to generate qualified enterprise meetings that translate into a consistent opportunity pipeline.

This is a high-activity outbound role involving daily cold calling, structured outreach, and disciplined follow-up.

You will:

  • Identify and prioritize enterprise manufacturing accounts
  • Engage senior stakeholders (Plant Managers, HSE, Operations Directors)
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calling, mail, Linkedin…)
  • Secure qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive by validating relevance, urgency, and stakeholder fit.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and activity consistency

You will operate within Postura’s structured outbound playbook, executing proven messaging, targeting criteria, and outreach cadences.

In your first or two months you will refine your ability to engage senior decision-makers and improve meeting conversion through structured outbound execution.

Over time, you will strengthen your ability to navigate complex industrial accounts, improve conversion rates, and contribute meaningfully to enterprise pipeline creation.

Your impact will be visible in the quality of conversations you generate and the opportunities you unlock.


Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in outbound sales or SDR, ideally within B2B SaaS scaleups or complex sales environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and written cold outreach (email, LinkedIn)
  • Experience operating in KPI-driven, high-activity environments
  • Strong resilience and consistency under rejection
  • Structured use of CRM systems and familiarity with modern sales tools


Languages

  • Fluent English (company working language)
  • One European language strongly preferred (Italian, German, French, Spanish)

Location

  • Hybrid - Office in Milan
  • Strong remote candidates across Europe may also be considered.
