What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Professional Services module in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and process designs.
- Configure and customize the Professional Services module including: Customer project creation and lifecycle management; Work package planning and staffing; Time recording and approval workflows; Billing and revenue recognition; Integration with HR and finance systems.
- Drive fit-to-standard workshops and support change management activities.
- Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
- Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
What You’ll Bring Along
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on Professional Services or Project-based business models.
- Proven hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Enterprise Management or Professional Services scope).
- SAP certification in S/4HANA Public Cloud or relevant solution area (e.g., Finance, Project Management, or Professional Services).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in Professional Services: Project-to-Cash, Resource Management, Time & Expense, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Reporting.
- Experience with Fit-to-Standard workshops and SAP Activate methodology.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Client‑facing consulting experience in international or cross‑functional project environments.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken). German or another EU language is a plus.
