Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager, reporting directly to top management, will play a key role in this commercial transformation. This is a newly created position offering the chance to lead the strategic shift to solution selling.

  • Lead the transition toward a consultative, service-oriented sales model.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement the new go-to-market strategy.
  • Engage directly with high-level clients across sectors.
  • Work with the existing sales team to achieve new goals.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to maximize customer value.
  • Report regularly to leadership on performance and business development.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates should have :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in software or tech services.
  • Strong initiative and energy, with a passion for strategic change.
  • A sense of ownership and a track record of impact.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
  • Availability to travel within Italy.
