Our client – a leading industrial technology manufacturer – is looking for an experienced European Sales Manager to lead its business development and growth strategy across key European markets. With a solid customer base already in place (including top names like Siemens and ABB), the company is now investing in expanding its local footprint — starting with this pivotal hire.
This is a remote role , initially home-based, with a plan to establish a local branch in Europe in the near future. The successful candidate will report directly to the European Regional Sales Director and play a hands-on role in shaping client relationships, market strategy, and regional operations.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the European market development strategy, focusing on client acquisition, product promotion, and brand positioning.
- Conduct competitive research , attend trade fairs and summits, and build relationships with key accounts.
- Manage sales operations , including quotation review, receivables, contracts, and logistics coordination.
- Act as the key liaison between the European market and HQ , ensuring seamless execution and feedback loops.
- Drive new business development , manage existing relationships, and support the launch of new projects or product lines.
- Take ownership of after-sales service , inventory flow, and cost-efficient delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 9+ year s of B2B sales experience in industrial product s, preferably in low-voltage electrical appliance s, automation, or related sectors
- .Strong background in direct sale s (not channel sales), with proven experience handling large industrial accounts
- .Familiarity with major industry players such as Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Eato n, etc
- .Fluent in Englis h (professional level) + native proficiency in Italian, German, or Frenc h
- .Bachelor's degree or higher in engineerin g, scienc e, or another technical field
- .Flexibility to travel across Europ e
- .Self-starter with strong market developmen t, negotiation, and execution skills
