The Opportunity
We're partnering with a global leader in battery and energy storage technology, scaling rapidly across the European market. As part of their continued growth, they're hiring a Senior Sales Manager to drive the commercial expansion of their utility-scale energy storage business across Italy.
With the MACSE auctions and broader Italian capacity market opening up unprecedented opportunity, this is a defining moment to join one of the most ambitious players in global storage.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing the overseas energy storage business across Italy, driving top-line sales growth
- Leading commercial contract and price negotiations throughout project bidding and tender processes
- Owning quotation preparation, pricing structures, and coordinating with project and cross-functional teams internally
- Managing customer sample requirements, quotations, and order follow-up to deliver against annual targets
- Day-to-day customer relationship management - visits, technical discussions, account development across utilities, IPPs, EPCs, and developers
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above; international trade or technical/science background preferred
- Proven sales experience in energy storage, new energy vehicles, or related industries
- Strong commercial instincts - comfortable negotiating high-value B2B deals
- Excellent communication skills, business etiquette, and leadership presence
- A genuine drive to win - entrepreneurial mindset, competitive, achievement-oriented
- Fluent English AND Italian - both required
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Overseas work experience or experience with Chinese / Asian companies is a strong plus
