Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for logistics? Our mid-sized, fast-growing freight forwarding company is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to lead new business development across the Emilia-Romagna region.
As Regional BDM , you will focus on winning new customers and expanding our footprint in the region. You'll represent our full suite of services, including Air & Ocean freight , and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Emilia-Romagna.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
- Promote our Air & Ocean freight services and integrated logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
- Proven experience in sales within freight forwarding or logistics .
- Strong knowledge of Air & Ocean freight services .
- Track record of success in new business development .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a regional network a plus.
