The Role: Senior Sales Engineer
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to support enterprise customers across Italy. As a security expert, you’ll partner with Sales to advise on and deploy Trend Micro’s next-gen cybersecurity solutions, shape client strategies, and build trusted relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers in Italy
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored security solutions
- Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations
- Guide deployments, troubleshoot, and ensure best practices
- Influence customer security strategies through technical leadership
- Respond to tenders and deliver product training
- Travel across Italy for client engagements as needed
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in IT solution delivery, ideally with a cybersecurity focus
- Passion for security and solving customer challenges
- Clear communication and confident technical presenting
- Experience with large enterprise environments
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of networking, web/email security, Windows/Linux
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms
