Role: Senior Sales Assistant

Key Requirements:

• The ideal resource, with at least 3 years of experience gained in international sales and customer service contexts
• He has a good knowledge of the English language, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

The main tasks include:

• Assistance in the sale of men's/women's/children's products
• Cash transactions
• Planning of work to achieve the assigned budgets
• After-sales assistance and follow-up activities with customers
• Active search for new customers
• Collecting and sharing feedback to management on products and customer needs

Essential features:

• At least 3 years of experience in the sales industry
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
• Strong customer and results orientation
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered an added value.
