Role :

We seek a Senior Sales Account with proven experience and an excellent track record, capable of adapting to a rapidly evolving organization and managing a self-organized approach to market penetration.

The ideal candidate is reliable, productive, self-motivated, and passionate about our products and mission. They should excel in solo and team projects, demonstrate a growth mindset, and question conventional practices.

Hiring is expected between Q4 2024 and Q1 2025.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new enterprise customer opportunities through channels like LinkedIn, CRM, and contact lists.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key client personnel, proactively managing a customer portfolio to maximize value.
  • Engage prospects using strategic value-based selling, business case development, ROI analysis, and references.
  • Achieve short-term results while maintaining a long-term revenue perspective.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure aligned messaging, targeting, and positioning.
  • Lead account planning, developing strategies and milestones for 1-3 years.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer performance objectives.
  • Understand clients' business environments and continuously validate their needs.
  • Organize pipeline development with clear objectives.
  • Lead solution development efforts that address customer needs and build a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with references.
  • Strong SaaS/tech sales experience, managing complex sales cycles.
  • Hunter mentality for seeking new business opportunities.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in B2B solutions sales.
  • Experience working with technology vendors to deliver projects.
  • Systematic problem-solving skills with sustainable results.
  • Ability to balance hunting and farming sales strategies.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and capable of aligning business needs with solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Strong teamwork, networking, and collaboration skills.
  • Agile mindset suited for startup environments.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities, working under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Motivated and passionate about startup culture.
  • Proficient with modern tech and CRM tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Hubspot).
