Job Title : Senior Ruby Developer

A tech company is seeking a skilled Senior Ruby Developer to join their team on a permanent, fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, SQL, and front-end technologies such as DHTMLX, Vue.js, JS, and Storybook.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with a team of experienced developers to design and implement front-end and back-end solutions.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality results and take direction from the team lead.
  • Participate in the company's transition to a new technology stack, including migrating from ColdFusion to SQL with Ruby on Rails.
  • Implement new front-end technologies like Vue.js, Storybook, Figma, and follow front-end development best practices.

Requirements :

  • 6+ years of professional proficiency in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, SQL, Vue.js, JS, and relevant technologies.
  • Experience with Vue architecture and building component libraries with DHTMLX.
  • Experience with front-end development tools such as Storybook and Figma.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of developers and contractors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take direction and adapt to team workflows.
