Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership
    • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
    • Maintain and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all outlets.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.
    • Monitor service flow, kitchen coordination, and guest satisfaction levels.
  • Financial & Business Performance
    • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost control and upselling strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze sales reports, COGS, labor costs, and other KPIs.
    • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial performance reports.
    • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • People Management & Development
    • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant managers, supervisors, and staff.
    • Build a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs for continuous staff development.
    • Ensure staffing levels are adequate and scheduling is efficient.
  • Guest Experience & Brand Standards
    • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining Milk & Madu’s brand values and service excellence.
    • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
    • Ensure consistency in food presentation, service quality, and atmosphere.
  • Strategic & Administrative Duties
    • Work closely with the Group Operations Team and Executive Management to align outlet strategies with company vision.
    • Support menu development and F&B innovations in collaboration with chefs and culinary teams.
    • Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities with the marketing department.
    • Represent Milk & Madu Group in external partnerships, community events, and business development opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in premium casual dining or hospitality groups.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outlets.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills, with proven ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.
  • Deep understanding of F&B trends, guest experience management, and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
