Progetto: Costruzione di due Data Center – fase construction

Responsibilities

Responsabilità principali:

• Approvazione materiali e disegni costruttivi elettrici in linea con le specifiche di progetto.
• Supervisione dell’installazione degli impianti elettrici da parte degli appaltatori.
• Verifica della coerenza del programma lavori elettrico con l’effettiva esecuzione.
• Monitoraggio dei tempi e della qualità delle opere elettriche.
• Validazione dei SAL relativi alla parte elettrica.
• Risoluzione di problematiche tecniche elettriche in fase di cantiere.
• Ruolo di interfaccia tecnica verso cliente e stakeholders per la disciplina Electrical.
• Redazione di reportistica tecnica e avanzamento.

• Review and approve electrical materials and construction drawings according to design specifications.
• Supervise electrical works executed by subcontractors on site.
• Verify progress schedules and assess alignment with actual execution.
• Monitor timeline adherence and quality of electrical works.
• Approve electrical Progress Work Statements (SALs).
• Address technical issues during site execution.
• Serve as technical point of contact for the client and stakeholders on electrical matters.
• Draft regular technical reports on site progress and issues.

Requirements

Requisiti:

• Esperienza consolidata su impianti elettrici complessi, preferibilmente in ambito Data Center.
• Conoscenza di sistemi di distribuzione MT/BT, gruppi di continuità, quadri, cablaggi strutturati.
• Conoscenza normativa CEI e standard europei.
• Esperienza operativa in cantiere.
• Inglese tecnico scritto e parlato.
• P.IVA Preferenziale

• Solid experience with electrical systems in large-scale projects (Data Centers preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV distribution, UPS, panels, structured cabling.
• Familiarity with CEI and EU electrical standards.
• Proven field presence and site supervision skills.
• Technical English proficiency.
• Preferred P.IVA (self-employed)
