Senior Researcher – Anode
will play a key role in the development of advanced anode materials for next-generation battery technologies, combining technical leadership with strategic input across material development and supplier engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will support the advancement of anode technologies from research through to industrial implementation. The

will be responsible for: Leading the development of advanced anode materials for future battery technologies Acting as the technical authority for graphite materials, processing methods and supply chains Developing and optimising electrode formulations to improve battery performance and cycle life Collaborating with international suppliers and research partners to evaluate new material opportunities Supporting the integration of novel graphite technologies into manufacturing processes Overseeing slurry preparation, electrode development and battery cell assembly activities The
Senior Researcher – Anode
will have: A PhD in Electrochemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science, or equivalent industrial experience spanning supply chain management and formulation development Deep expertise in graphite materials for battery anode applications Strong understanding of graphite processing, sourcing and global supply chains Experience in electrode formulation, slurry preparation and battery cell assembly Knowledge of industrial battery manufacturing environments Experience supporting technical strategy and external supplier collaborations This role is ideal for someone with a passion for battery materials development and a strong interest in shaping the future of anode technology.
