On behalf of a leading international banking group, we are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Relationship Manager to develop and manage relationships with Large Corporate clients in Italy.

The role is highly commercial in nature and requires a strong track record in business development, combined with deep expertise in Trade Finance solutions.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for growing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored trade finance structures to support clients' domestic and international business activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Large Corporate clients.
  • Drive new business development and revenue generation.
  • Originate and structure Trade Finance solutions, including guarantees, letters of credit, supply chain finance, and export finance.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored financing solutions.
  • Work closely with internal product teams to execute complex transactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior corporate decision-makers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.


Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate Banking covering Large Corporate clients.
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills with a proven ability to develop business and generate revenues.
  • Solid and hands-on expertise in Trade Finance products and structures.
  • Good understanding of the Italian corporate market and established client network.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent Italian and English.
