The Opportunity

Ampure is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Regional Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth efforts in Italy, focusing on Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) products and services. This role will be responsible for managing key relationships with global automotive OEMs, driving revenue growth, and supporting the strategic expansion of Ampure’s footprint in the Italian market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the automotive industry, has a hunter mindset, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Own and grow the regional book of business for key global automotive OEM accounts.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all commercial, strategic, and relationship matters.
  • Ensure revenue growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and identifying new product opportunities aligned with OEM regional needs.
  • Drive Ampure’s EVSE sales initiatives in the Italian passenger and commercial vehicle market with a focus on delivering EV charging products.
  • Serve as the "voice of the customer" internally, ensuring that proposals and project deliverables consistently exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and deliver innovative solutions that reinforce Ampure’s position as a trusted OEM partner.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the EVSE landscape, including, but not limited to market trends, and customer developments.
  • Build and update market models to forecast product volume, revenue potential, and inform product planning and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to shape regional strategies.
  • Participate in global business reviews, reporting, and planning initiatives. Represent Ampure at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences in Italy and across the region.
  • Build visibility for the Ampure brand and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.

What You Bring

  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (written and verbal) is a MUST
  • Must have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in sales, business development, or strategy at tier 1 automotive supplier.
  • Demonstrated success managing Stellantis Group and delivering multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
  • Experience in the Electric Vehicle market is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within international teams
  • Self-motivated, ability to define and execute path to success given only high-level targets. Committed to developing trusted customer relationships, uncovering strategic insights, and driving innovative, collaborative solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with business, marketing, strategy, or engineering focus is preferred
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
