Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Manager , on behalf of our client which is a globally emerging high end technology specializing in developing NIR-based spectral analysis instruments and solutions that enable rapid, non-destructive, multi-component analysis. Products include portable handheld NIR analyzers, inline / online process-monitoring spectrometers for production lines, and other instruments suitable for quality control, process monitoring, and real-time analysis
Key Responsibilities
1. Regularly collect and analyze market information of target countries and industries, be responsible for the promotion and sales of the company's products (Near-Infrared spectrometers) in the European region and the development of agents, and maintain good customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Be responsible for implementing the company's sales strategy in Europe, as well as planning and executing regional sales plans.
3. Be responsible for formulating and implementing the target plan of the European sales team and breaking it down into individual work plans to achieve regional sales targets.
4. Be responsible for the overall management of the sales and technical support teams within the region, including: team building, goal and performance management, and team capability cultivation.
5. Regularly conduct research and analysis on the European regional market, customer demands, and the situation of competitors, and promptly make corresponding adjustments to sales strategies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English, and able to use it as a working language.
2. Understand the cultural customs of European countries, have at least 5 years of sales team management experience, be familiar with the analytical instrument industry (Near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy devices) In food and agriculture Industry , and those with relevant experience in companies such as Foss, Perten, Thermo Fisher, Agilent, etc. are preferred.
3. Strong business development and customer relationship maintenance capabilities, with the ability to build sales systems and manage teams, as well as industry insight.
4. Possessing business planning and execution capabilities, being proactive in thinking, and able to break down goals and manage processes to promote the achievement of team objectives.
5.Candidate Must Hold citizenship and be based in one of these countries: Italy, Spain, France, Hungary, Germany
