SENIOR RECRUITER – Executive Search
Key Responsibilities
Join our Executive Search division at a pivotal moment of growth and transformation. As Senior Recruiter, you will play a vital role in driving projects focused on senior -to-executive profiles.
  • Talent Acquisition Excellence:
  • Identify and select top talent across key markets through direct search, social networks, business intelligence, and teamwork, ensuring timely client delivery.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct deep market assessments and collaborate with colleagues to provide insightful, results-driven solutions.
  • Candidate Assessment:
  • Validate core competencies and language skills through targeted interviews, ensuring candidate alignment with project needs.
  • Database & Reporting:
  • Continuously update internal systems and prepare strategic reports for both clients and consulting teams.
  • Business Development Support:
  • Create documents to empower Practice Leaders and sales teams, optimizing effectiveness in client acquisition.
  • Collaboration & Innovation:
  • Engage with colleagues across divisions to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive client success.
Ideal Profile
  • Experience:
  • 3–5 years in executive international recruiting, with essential expertise in direct search (head hunting).
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Strong ability to process, understand, and interpret market data and information.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fluent English (essential); proficiency in German language will be considered as plus.
  • Academic Background:
  • University degree (undergraduate or postgraduate).
  • Digital skills :
  • Advanced proficiency with information systems AI and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
