What you will do in this role:

As part of our team, you will play a key role in the development and management of the sectorLogistics & Industrial Letting , with activities that include:

• Management ofprocess oflease for logistics properties , from the evaluation of spaces to the identification of thetenant. ideal.
• You will be thepoint of reference for property owners and tenants , guaranteeing personalized advice and support at all stages of the negotiation.
• Identifying business opportunities through the analysis of market needs and the development of strategic relationships with corporate clients and logistics operators.
• Processing ofcommercial proposals and marketing strategies to maximize the value of the properties in the portfolio.
• Conducting inspections, you will manage the negotiations and you will ensure that operations are completed within the established timeframes and objectives.
• Collaboration in drafting market reports and performance analysis to support strategic decisions lease .
• Management ofback office and updating of the company CRM with precision and consistency.

What we look for in you

We're looking for a motivated professional with experience and a passion for commercial real estate. Here are the key requirements:

• Previous experience in the tertiary/commercial real estate sector; specific knowledge of the marketlogistics & industrial letting will be considered a plus.
• Ability to relate to ahigh-standing clientele , demonstrating professionalism and competence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills , with a strong results orientation.
• Dynamism and ability to work in a competitive and stimulating environment.
• Good knowledge of English and the Office package.
• Be able to drive to ensure the mobility necessary for the role.
