Senior R&D Staff Chemist - E-Coating

OverviewYou will lead and drive technical projects in coatings, applying advanced chemistry and analytical methods to deliver high-quality products. In this role you will work on assessing and improving coatings formulations, investigating and solving complex failures, and leveraging advanced instrumentation to support product reliability. You will collaborate across teams to ensure safe, compliant, and economically sound development and reformulation efforts.
