Senior R&D Engineer – Bar Top Business Unit

We are looking for a Senior R&D Engineer to strengthen our Bar Top Business Unit and support the execution of structured innovation and product development projects across our international manufacturing network. This role combines hands-on industrial development , cross-site collaboration , and disciplined project execution , contributing directly to bringing customer-driven solutions from concept to industrial validation. The role is based in Mombaroccio (PU) and requires frequent travel across production sites (Italy, Portugal, Mexico). Key Responsibilities Lead product development projects from brief to industrialization Apply structured Innovation and Product Development processes Support developments in injection moulding, wood and cork processing Coordinate validation testing (mechanical, environmental, durability) Identify technical risks and support root cause analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites Your Background Degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering 5–9 years’ experience in manufacturing/product development/R&D Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Fluency in English Apply now to be part of a growing, international organization!
