Senior Quantity Surveyor

with expertise in the hotel and hospitality sectors. You will help expand our Italian portfolio, focusing on refurbishing and repositioning existing hotels and developing new hotel properties. Candidates should be passionate about hospitality, entrepreneurial, and have a strong project delivery record.

The responsibilities of a Senior Quantity Surveyor include:

1. Providing cost management services through pre and post contract processes
2. Supporting business objectives by delivering value for money
3. Carrying out duties efficiently following processes and procedures
4. Ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality Standards
5. Assisting in preparing cost plans and measurements
6. Supporting value engineering studies and analysis
7. Gathering market testing data for developments
8. Analyzing design efficiencies and benchmarks
9. Preparing and issuing tender documents, evaluations, and contracts
10. Scrutinizing and verifying interim payment applications
11. Managing change control processes
12. Producing cost reports and forecasts
13. Collaborating with internal project and cost control teams

Key Attributes : Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (or working towards it). Chartered status is preferred. Ideally, candidates will have:

• At least X years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Team-oriented, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic, and ambitious
• A warm personality fitting for team integration
• Experience managing projects and prioritizing workloads
• Background in hospitality or real estate
