Senior Quality Manager

As Senior Quality Manager, you will shape and drive the global quality strategy to meet customer needs and regulatory expectations. You will lead a cross-locational quality program within Global Development & Quality, partnering with development, procurement, regulatory, and supply chain teams. You will tackle non-conformances, complaints, and QMS implementation to sustain top-tier quality across sites and suppliers. This role offers impact through building a strong quality culture and enabling continuous improvement in a fast-paced beauty business. Define and implement the quality strategy to meet business and customer requirements Foster quality culture and continuous improvement across global development sites and suppliers Manage non-conformances and customer complaints with effective cross-channel communication Lead and implement QMS conforming to ISO 9001 and other relevant standards Oversee a multi-location IT-US team ensuring harmonized quality procedures Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with development, procurement, regulatory, and supply chain Build strong relationships with business partners to support internal customers and drive quality excellence Responsabilità

BSc degree or higher in a scientific orientation or equivalent experience (5–10 years in a quality management role) Experience managing quality management systems Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 Excellent communication skills across stakeholders Rigorous, data-driven, autonomous decision-maker in a fast-paced environment Fluent with Office Suite, MS Business Central, SAP, and related tools Technical knowledge of cosmetic/packaging procedures, physical measurements, standard tests Fluent in English and French (C1)
