We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with solid experience in customer quality management and in dealing with international clients.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with customer-required quality standards, coordinating continuous improvement activities and acting as the main interface for all quality-related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Direct management of customers, including international clients, regarding product and process quality issues
  • Handling customer complaints and coordinating problem-solving activities
  • Participation in customer audits and certification audits
  • Oversight of quality documentation
  • Monitoring quality KPIs and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive sector
  • Experience managing international customers
  • Excellent knowledge of automotive quality standards
  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
  • Willingness to travel

Location: Benevento, Italy, with availability for business travel

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
