The Opportunity: Lead Quality at the Speed of Innovation
As a Senior QA Engineer, you’ll take ownership of QA strategy and execution, using your Playwright expertise to design and scale automated test suites that keep our releases rock-solid. If you love building frameworks, leading teams, and seeing your work directly impact millions of end-users - this is your track.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven QA expertise: Solid background in end-to-end quality assurance and testing best practices.
- Playwright mastery: Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining Playwright test suites—comfortable with everything from greenfield setup to optimizing legacy code.
- Automation powerhouse: Skilled with modern test automation tools and frameworks beyond Playwright.
- CI/CD know-how: Experience integrating automated tests seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.
- API testing chops: Strong background in API validation and automation.
- SQL fluency: Confident with data validation and migration testing.
- Communication excellence: Advanced English and strong soft skills for cross-team leadership.
- Solid foundations: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
What You’ll Drive:
- Strategic QA leadership: Define and implement cutting-edge QA strategies that set the bar for excellence.
- Automation ownership: Own the Playwright-based automation framework, developing new scripts and optimizing existing ones for speed and reliability.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering to plan, refine, and test new features before they launch.
- Process innovation: Propose and champion tools and workflows that boost efficiency and impact.
- Data guardianship: Validate critical data and migrations to ensure smooth, accurate transitions.
- Mentorship & growth: Coach and inspire junior QA engineers in Playwright and beyond, sharing best practices and building team capability.
- Risk management: Anticipate and mitigate risks, guiding your team through complex technical challenges.
