We are seeking a Senior QA Specialist with a deep focus on FIX Protocol for our client in the financial sector. You will be the guardian of quality for critical swaps trading platforms, ensuring that message exchanges, workflows, and regulatory requirements are executed flawlessly across global markets.

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans for FIX protocol workflows (Order Entry, Execution, Allocation, and RFCQ).
• Verify FIX message formats, sequencing, and business logic to ensure seamless integration with market infrastructure.
• Identify and document messaging defects, collaborating closely with developers and business analysts to resolve complex connectivity issues.
• Drive efficiency by automating FIX protocol testing processes and expanding test coverage.
• Ensure all FIX implementations comply with EU (MTF), UK (MTF), and US (SEF) jurisdictional requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive test documentation and reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• In-depth understanding of FIX message structures and workflows, ideally within derivatives or swaps trading.
• Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance within financial services (trading platforms or market infrastructure).
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks specifically designed for FIX protocol testing.
• Familiarity with electronic trading systems, swaps, and the regulatory environments (MTF, SEF).
• Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
