Senior Public Relations Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior PR Specialist to join our dynamic Italy marketing team based in Milan. You’ll work closely with our PR Manager at OPPO Italy to support high-impact events, build strong media relationships, and ensure alignment across our 20+ European markets. Key Responsibilities:

1.Event Planning & Execution

• Assist in the end-to-end execution of local PR events, including product launches, media gatherings, and experiential campaigns
• Coordinate with creative and production agencies to deliver high-quality activations on time and within budget
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

2.PR Material Creation & Localization

• Draft and localize PR materials, such as press releases, briefing documents, and talking points
• Collaborate with the regional PR team to ensure consistent tone and brand alignment across all communications.

3.Media Relations Support

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with local media, influencers, and partners
• Track coverage, manage media lists, and support media monitoring and reporting

4. Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Support PR and marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, digital) and regional stakeholders to align efforts and optimize execution.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the PR workflow.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications (consumer electronics industry preferred)
• Strong project management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft and other productivity tools
