Senior Proposal Engineer – AxL S.p.A.
Genova, Italy – full time, Monday to Friday 9.00 – 18.00. Contract: direct, permanent, CCNL Metalmeccanico – Industria.
Overview The role involves managing technical‑commercial proposals and customer relationships before and after sales. Responsibilities include analysis of requirements, technical solutions development, drafting offers and technical documentation, negotiation support, and coordination with technical and R&D teams.
Responsibilities
Analyse requests and develop technical solutions.
Draft offers and technical documentation.
Manage negotiations and support customers.
Coordinate with the technical office and R&D.
Monitor pipeline and activities in the CRM.
Possess knowledge of conversion power plant and related components.
Have skills in power electronics.
Have good knowledge of English.
Qualifications Relevant academic background in engineering or related fields, professional experience in proposals, strong technical understanding in power conversion systems, and power electronics. Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
