Senior Proposal Customer Service - Electrification and Automation
Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role you drive technical and commercial proposals for revamping, retrofitting, and service activities within Siemens’ Electrification and Automation customer service team. You analyze tender specs, prepare competitive offers, and ensure alignment with customer and company requirements. You collaborate across Sales and Project Execution to guarantee timely, high-quality proposals and continuous process improvement. This position offers impact across large-scale modernization projects and a hybrid work setup. parenthood support psychological support services continuous learning opportunities Analyze tender documentation and customer requirements for revamping electrical protection systems and retrofitting solutions Prepare technical and commercial offers for modernization, upgrades, and service contracts Develop cost estimates and identify cost-efficient, competitive solutions Collaborate with Sales and Project Execution to ensure smooth handover and lifecycle alignment Standardize recurring solutions and drive continuous improvement of proposal processes Monitor deadlines and ensure on-time, high-quality proposal delivery Interface with internal and HQ stakeholders for alignment on technical and commercial strategies 5+ years of experience in proposals for revamping electrical protections/systems and retrofitting within service activities Solid knowledge of protection relays, automation systems, electrical distribution, and related service solutions Experience developing technical and commercial proposals for revamping protection, automation, and control systems in power plants, industrial facilities, or high-voltage substations Pragmatic, hands-on approach and results-oriented Strong collaboration across functions and international counterparts Degree in Electrical/Energy/Automation Engineering (or equivalent experience) Proficiency in English and Italian Eligibility to work in Italy Passion for growth and knowledge sharing Respect for diversity and co-creation mindset
