ITALY – Data Centre Project Planner (Milan)

Job Title: Project Planner – Data Centre

Location: Milan, Italy (hybrid / site-based)

Overview:

I’m supporting a client delivering a large-scale hyperscale data centre project in Milan, currently moving from late design into early construction. They are looking to bring in a Project Planner to take ownership of the programme and support delivery through to commissioning.

The Role:

• Develop and manage Level 3–4 schedules across full project lifecycle
• Work closely with general contractor, design teams and client-side stakeholders
• Own baseline programme and maintain critical path
• Drive progress reporting including S-curves and KPI tracking
• Support procurement and package sequencing
• Interface across construction, commissioning and handover phases

Requirements:

• 5+ years project planning experience
• Data centre or large-scale industrial/construction project experience
• Strong Primavera P6 knowledge
• Experience working client-side or with main contractors
• Ability to manage stakeholders and challenge programme assumptions
