Your contribution to Prysmian's Success as Senior Planner:

This position is responsible for planning & monitoring complex, multi-year EPCI project(s) through identification and completion of critical path and parallel work activities to achieve optimum performance.

Develops project estimates and resource-loaded schedules using Primavera 6 / MS Project software.

  • Calculates earned value management reporting parameters.
  • Works directly with the Project Managers and project team members to identify and resolve problems in planning and scheduling for the project(s).
  • Monitors, controls, consolidates, and provides feedback to the project plans developed.
  • Assists project management in preparing project reports, analysis, and management reports.
  • Conducts project progress monitoring, identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with actual progress.
  • Keeps management informed of issues, problems, and project status against the baseline program.
  • Prepares monthly KPIs and reports as per project requirements.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6, and BI tools.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project controls, especially in project planning and scheduling on EPCI Projects (experience in construction and oil & gas is a plus).
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems.
  • Ability to produce planning reports and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Proven success in planning multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Mature, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on.
  • Independent worker capable of minimal supervision.
  • Able to work under stress and on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
