With full ownership of on-site execution, you’ll shape how cutting-edge energy solutions are delivered, including solar and storage microgrid components. This is your chance to build deep expertise in federal energy performance contracts while managing projects with budgets exceeding $50 million.

What you’ll do
- Lead on-site execution of $50M+ ESPC projects at U.S. military bases.
- Manage all construction phases from mobilization to commissioning.
- Maintain daily communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
- Enforce safety plans, submittal processes, and QA/QC standards.
- Provide biweekly reports and risk assessments to senior management.
What you’ll need
- At least 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on federal military projects.
- Proven track record in managing energy service performance contracts (ESPCs), ideally involving advanced energy solutions like solar or microgrids.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate large teams and drive projects to successful completion.
