Senior Project Manager
Goppion SpA is the market leader in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke museum display cases and fit-out / exhibit components for the world’s most prestigious museums. As part of its continued expansion, the company seeks a Project Manager with strong experience in fit-out and exhibition set-up for his international projects, this is a great opportunity to work on a large iconic cultural project.
The Goppion Project Manager (GPM) is responsible for scope, schedule and profitability of the project assigned to him.
He/she implements projects of fit-out and customised exhibit elements, which involve the management of a big team of specialist, sub-contractor and suppliers. GPM also has strong technical skills.
Main Tasks
- Contract management, project scheduling, organization of internal and external resources of the project;
- Design management and interface with clients and architects;
- Project risks assessment and prevention;
- Contracts with sub-contractors and suppliers;
- Control and compliance with quality standards;
- Control and management of project budget and cash flow;
- Management on site installation up to the take-over to the Client.
Candidate's Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience of at least 7-10 years in a similar position in international organizations working in quality building construction;
- Advanced university degree in engineering, management or similar;
- Excellent use of Office applications;
- Experience in technical review;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Have a good understanding on how to achieve the highest quality of products and delivery.
