Senior Project Manager – Semiconductors

Are you ready to lead a high-stakes recovery program in the Semiconductor industry?
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager / PMO Leader with a "command and control" mindset and exceptional diplomatic skills. Following recent customer quality escalations, you will act as the central authority to drive a structured recovery execution, ensuring transparency, data integrity, and operational excellence.
It’s a strategic mission to rebuild trust and operational stability across five cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
As the primary interface between our internal operations and the end customer, you will:
- Lead the Recovery: Own the integrated roadmap, defining milestones and risk mitigation plans to address quality concerns.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Orchestrate 5 internal teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Ops) to ensure CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) are executed flawlessly.
- Master Customer Relations: Serve as the single point of accountability for the customer, presenting KPI dashboards and recovery progress with transparency and authority.
- Executive Reporting: Provide structured status updates to senior leadership, escalating risks proactively with clear mitigation strategies.
Work Experience
- Experience: 7-10 years in Program Management/PMO within Semiconductor or High-Tech Manufacturing .
- Background: Proven track record in managing customer escalations or quality recovery programs.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Skills: Strong mastery of KPI tracking (Yield, DPPM, OTD) and familiarity with quality frameworks (8D, Six Sigma, IATF 16949).
- Leadership: High ownership mindset, able to make decisions under pressure and influence complex matrix organizations.
Preferred Plus:
- PMP Certification.
- Experience with Tier-1 Automotive or Industrial customers.
- Deep knowledge of Fab, Assembly, or Test processes.
