Calculation & Execution Manager

The Role

As Calculation & Execution Manager, you will hold a dual and strategic position within our team, covering both the tendering and the operational execution of remediation projects.

You will be a key convergence point within the organization, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Calculation & Tendering

• Lead, manage and coordinate the calculation process for each project tender
• Produce and own the calculation sheet, which serves as the financial reference for offer production and internal validations
• Actively contribute to cost estimation by leveraging your own network of suppliers and partners to obtain competitive quotes
• Work in close coordination with the process/technology team
• Build and maintain a reference price database based on past projects, enabling preliminary cost estimates using cost ratios

⚙️ Execution

• Upon contract award, lead the execution launch process
• Transition from the calculation sheet / CME to a full project monitoring and cost control file
• Oversee project setup and ensure financial and operational consistency throughout delivery

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (environmental, civil, chemical or equivalent)
• ⏱️ Minimum 7 years of experience, ideally 10, in environmental remediation or related fields
• Strong technical and commercial skills, with hands-on experience in project costing and execution
• Highly autonomous and proactive, able to work independently and take ownership
• Extensive professional network in the remediation / environmental services industry in Italy
• Able to both do and delegate
• Comfortable with fieldwork : site visits, client meetings on-site
• Fluent in Italian. Good English or French is a strong asset

What We Offer

Salary: €70,000 – €90,000 gross per year (based on experience)

Contract: Permanent – Executive level with annual bonus
