• Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets with tracking of milestones
• Oversee GC, vendors, and consultants through the project lifecycle
• Review and approve proposals, pricing, scopes, and cost‑loaded schedules
• Assess work‑in‑place, approve capital expenditures, and review payment requests
• Lead client meetings and advocate during disputes, modifications, or change orders
• Monitor factors influencing construction costs and support engineering decisions
• Coordinate scheduling consultant reviews to meet project timelines
• Manage transfer of operations, close‑out documentation, and warranties
• Review and validate cost estimates from contractors and client organization
• Identify and document potential claims and act on the client’s behalf

Responsabilità

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in Life Sciences, High Tech facility, or Logistics construction
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to multi‑task
• Self‑motivated team player with entrepreneurial thinking and creativity
• Experience in managing teams, delivering commissions, and business development
• Fluent in English and Italian
