A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the correct management order regarding Service relating to HV system in order to meet customer expectations in terms of quality and reliability, in line with the Siemens Energy business strategy. You must ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and delivered to the desired results. The role exemplifies our values through daily activity, focusing on customer success, innovation, and crafting a positive team environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead your project team to deliver high-voltage service projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities, ensuring everyone knows their part in the project’s success.
- Collaborate with business units and external partners to coordinate resources and resolve challenges quickly.
- Oversee project finances with support from the Project Controller, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Prepare and manage EHS requirements for construction site access, prioritizing safety at every stage.
What You Bring
- 5 to 10 years of experience managing projects in high voltage systems, especially electrical substations.
- A degree in electrical, mechanical, or management engineering, or a technical high school diploma.
- Advanced skills with project management tools like Primavera.
- Fluency in Italian is mandatory with strong English proficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Ability to adapt to different plant and site environments, guiding teams with empathy and effective leadership.
